We're here for you when it matters most. If the worst happens and you need to make a claim, it is always good to know that with us, you will be dealing with local people right here in Northern Ireland rather than being outsourced elsewhere.


It can be an unsettling time for you and the process can be complex but our local claims team will be at your side to assist you every step of the way in ensuring any issues are resolved as urgently as possible.

At Down Insurances, we know how difficult the processing of claims can be and aim to take as much of this stress away from you as quickly as possible with our dedicated claims handler.

Please note when a claim does occur to contact us as priority and we can advise on next / best steps for a speedy resolution.

Out of Hours

  • Should you be involved in a motor inccident / accident - please contact CRASH Services 24 hour helpline on 02890 660244.
  • Household and Property Claims - Refer to your policy booklet for Insurer contact details. Any steps necessary to mitigate a loss are recommended in the interim period, including emergency repair works.
  • All other Claims - Refer to your policy booklet for Insurer contact details, or alternatively email info@downinsurances.co.uk to arrange a call back with a member of Staff.
